If you purchase a structure from us (even just a single car carport) the $100 fee will be credited to your structures invoice. You are paying for plans and drawings and for us to design the structure you want. Once that is done we can also set up the order and build the structure for you. Garage doors are available, windows, entry doors or we can build the structure with frame outs so that you can add French doors or any type of door or window of your choice. Pricing we give you in a building quote includes delivery and installation. * We build the outer shell with doors and windows allowing you to move in the first week to build out your inside walls, cabinets, appliances, add furniture etc. We build these on concrete flooring.
