Price includes: kiln dried wood, panelized 2″ by 4″ exterior walls 16″ on center with 7/16″ OSB sheathing, panelized 2″ by 4″ interior walls 16″ on center, roof trusses, 5/8″ osb roof sheathing, square porch posts, porch roof, sill plate, sill sealer, floor sheathing glue, wall bracing and tar paper for the roof, preframed window openings, interior and exterior door openings are custom made for your windows and doors. Options are: 2″ by 6″ walls with 7/16′ exterior sheathing for $300. 2″ by 10″ floor system with 3/4″ tongue and groove OSB decking add $2,700. We can take payments over time, much as a layaway plan, for your new home if you would like. Price will be locked it at the time you place a deposit. Please contact us for details. Plans for permits: Plans provided for most areas and include foundation plans, however some areas require earthquake, hurricane or snowload engineered plans which we can provide for an additional fee.
