Ready for business. 1 year old. Loaded tea shop, coffee shop, sno cone stand whatever you’d want. Just hook up your electric and water and it’s ready to go. Everything you’d need. Some items in photo would not go with building. Refrigerator is only 1 month old. Would possibly sell it too for additional price. personal computer and other personal items not included. . Has air. Completely insulated. Very well! Passed health inspection. You pick it up and move it and can be in business soon as you get your needed licenses. (Depending on your area). Drive up window with awning. 2 people worked in this space comfortably. Please ask questions. I will answer asap.
