Steel Structure Modular School with Classrooms 11,424 sq feet

2005 12-plex modular building 168ft by 68ft (11,424 sq feet). This building was formerly used by Florida Department of Education as a school. Currently, this modular is located in fort myers, florida 33912. It can be seen in person. There are a total of 12 classrooms. It is made of steel construction with a concrete composite floor and epdm rubber roof. There is no “wood” used in construction of this building. There are a total of 12 bard external mounted A/C units. Each modular sits on 6 axles which enables for transportation. These units can be relocated anywhere in the united states. I have architectural drawings available. I can assist with transportation, permitting, and installation as I have sold over 10 of these exact buildings in the last few years.
