It includes a 10′ wide x 12′ high garage door frame with all trim (or can change it to 2 door frames), and a 3 ft wide entrance door frame on either 60 ft side. The roofing is 26 gauge classic rib steel in any color with 26 gauge vertical PBR steel siding in any color used for the walls. Both have a 45-year paint warranty called “Colorfast45”, the best in the industry. ALL our colors are “Energy Star” colors. Can be engineered for other building codes. Inquire. (can change to 2 frames if needed.) • One 3 foot wide entrance door frame and trim for either 60 ft side. • All the walls and roof will include our popular foil insulation. It stops 97% of the radiant heat and conductive heat from entering in the summer. When heating in the winter, it holds in the heat very effectively. • All long-life (60 year) fasteners (better than stainless steel) – bolts, brackets, colored screws (no nails), socket for colored screws. • All matching sealing strips to keep everything out, like mice and bugs. • All pre-painted galvanized steel flashings, trim, ridge caps, and channel to keep rain out. • All steel anchor bolts along with the drill bit needed to drill into your DRY cement. • 2 sets of custom and wet-stamped engineered plans for your state, including foundation drawings.
