Barndominium kit. Condition is New. Local pickup1.25 acre lot for sale 7258 Alan Blvd, Punta Gorda 33982, in the Ranchettes. It is located, if coming from Bermont at the corner of Alan and Maris. Lot is cleared and has electrical Pole already with circuit breaker in place. Asking 2400 Sq ft Barndominium kit for 63k cash. Price seperate from house. So that I can move, but I also respect that whoever the buyer is obviously wants to buy as cheap as possible. But I believe if we talk, we can work something out. Should you decide to buy both then, of course you can get financing and by both or you can buy one or the other. I have attached pictures of the land as well as what the barn dominium could look like. Put together, this is not a duplicate of mine, but they are the closest I could find 240 / 60 photos. I was going to have mine lofted, so I know that that can be done.
