February sale. 2nd photo is with no insulation, 3/12 roof pitch and frame outs for garage doors and walk in only in the event you prefer to get your own doors locally. Photos 4.5 and 6 are all fully insulated for those prices in the photo and show the various roof pitches available. 3/12, 4/12, and 5/12. Standard framing is 5 foot on center but trusses can be added to whatever spacing you require. These structures are fully erect and ready to keep you out of the weather in about 3 days. Interior is not finished out. This is just the shell but having the outside structure completed allows you to build the inside out at your convenience. These can be used for homes, with or without doors, windows, used as offices, business locations etc. These photos are just to show you some of what we can build. Custom sizes available. AR,TX,AL,TN,KY,KS,MO,MS,OK,LA,GA. All vertical roof and siding. Horizontal siding is less. Without 2 tone bottom is less. Also includes free delivery and installation. Nationwide sales and service. We need to know your zip code, will it be anchored to dirt, asphalt or concrete and what are your size requirements. Standard widths are 12, 18, 20, 22, 24 and up. Standard widths are 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 etc. Standard height can vary due to location but most start at 6 feet on the sides which will accommodate most standard vehicles. Financing available We’ve been selling steel structures for over 20 years and cover most parts of the continental US. Prices vary due to building codes. Some locations require extra strength for heavy snow loads and some to meet hurricane codes. We also sell for all the manufacturers in the US so when you give your zip code and size requirements we’ll find the best fit for your needs. Some manufacturers are great in some areas and yet I wouldn’t use them in others. 20 plus years of experience teaches us who the best are, who the cheapest are and who should be avoided. Save yourself some time by not checking with every source on the Internet. Most dealers only sell for one or two manufacturers. We sell for over 40 nationwide and will offer the best price for any structure. Manufacturers don’t sell to the public but through a Network of dealers. We can’t change the prices…the manufacturers set them. Where you’ll find cheaper pricing is where people cut corners by selling a product that may not meet your current building codes. In that event code enforcement can and will force you to take it down or pay steep fines so deal with someone that understands the building industry.
