Nationwide sales and installation. Message for a quote. Standard widths are 12,18,20,22,24 and up by 2′ increments. Standard lengths are 21, 26,31,36,41, etc in increments of 5 feet. Custom sizes available also. Prices vary by location due to different building codes across the US so we can’t list one price for the entire US. Prices start under $5000 for a 12X20. The unit shown is an 18X20X8, fully insulated with lean-to is $8725.05. Same structure but without lean-to (porch) is $7242.30. As a 2 car garage fully insulated $8524.80. Prices include delivery and installation. These are current sale prices at the rate of 10% off from one of the largest manufacturers. Prices may vary and additional discounts may be available at time of purchase. These are not shipped via UPS or other shipping service. These are delivered and installed by a team of installers. They must be able to reach the installation site with a pickup and 30 or 32 foot trailer. If not arrangements can be made to drop off at another location so that you can install the structure yourself. We sell for all the manufacturers not just one like most dealers and have over 20 years experience in steels buildings and the construction industry. Many dealers will sell you a non certified structure regardless what you need which seems cheap but will NOT meet your local building codes and while that may work for some areas Code enforcement can and will force you to take it down and can fine you up to $1000 per day. * If you are on agriculturally zoned property or in rural areas permits may not be required. Best bet is to order a structure that will pass codes. They are stronger and safer. These buildings are custom designed to your specs and built on site.
