These high quality metal buildings which were designed as 4 season HVAC-equipped insulated office buildings for our truckstop virtual motel business. The walls and ceilings have 1″ – 2″ of fiberglass insulation and their 30′ length is divided in half by a lockable metal door. The backroom has no windows and only an exterior HVAC exhaust slot as they served as our computer server rooms, though windows could be added by the buyer. The front section has an entrance from the outdoors, sliding windows on three sides and both rooms have overhead tube flourescent lighting and 120v outlets throughout (inside and out). These buildings are more than 10 years old and have been in either relatively continuous use or have been in outdoor storage for several years. Most need repainting of steel floors (which we can potentially do at extra cost). Several have exterior cosmetic damage of dented corners or exterior walls. We are flexible on price depending on the level of blemishes and location. We have these spread throughout the USA for optimal trucking (WA, TX, MO, OH, GA, TN). These are big (16,000 lb) items for shipping. We can load and potentially arrange trucking and unloading at extra cost.

Additionally, PVC is much more fire-resistant than polyethylene because the chlorine atoms it releases during a fire inhibit the process of combustion. Additional stabilizers and plasticizers are added to increase its light and heat resistant properties and increase its elasticity. These properties make PVC suitable for various industrial applications. PVC fabric is durable and designed to last a long time – up to 30 years. PVC fabric is thicker than PE fabric, weighing between 20-28 ounces psf. Compared to PE, PVC fabric has a higher tear strength, making it a popular choice for buildings that are exposed to high UV rays, strong winds and other extreme conditions. SOLID WHITE COVER….why is that important?The solid white cover is very important because the colored (usually green) ends on most of these storage buildings being offered for sale is a weak point in the cover. The colored ends do not have the same ability to withstand UV rays as the solid white. We have received report after report from previous owners of hail penetrating the colored ends, but not the main white part…..reports of the cover tearing at the seam where it transitions to the colored end…..& we have personally noticed excessive fading of the colored ends which can lead to premature failure of the cover.
