40 ft x 60 ft. Used Industrial shelter. THA Rubb Shelter HD galvanized Frame.

Used THA Rubb shelter 40 ft x 60 ft. Industrial shelter. 2 entrances, PVC fabric door and a Commercial roll-up garage door. These shelters can be used as either temporary or permanent site buildings. The structural steelwork is galvanized in good condition. It was taken apart about 6-7 months ago. Its ready for loading and transport. It is easily bolted together. The covering membrane is PVC polyester fabric. The fabric has some rips in some areas needs repairs, but it’s complete. The company that manufactured is still in business. Please see the pictures for full description and condition of the shelter. Local pick up or you must arrange your own transport. Local delivery may be available for an extra cost. You need a forklift to unload the fabric covers. Feel free to contact me for any questions. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN PICK IT UP OR ARRANGE A PICK UP SERVICE BEFORE COMMITTING TO THE PURCHASE.
