This unit is ready to be dropped onto your property and plugged in for immediate use. What makes this tiny home stand out from everything else on the market is our lightweight and durable panels. Our patented Sing Core panels prevent separation of the foam and the skin, which provides insulation value and sound deadening qualities. R-values that range between 3.5 and 6.5 depending on the type of foam used. For sound, customize your door to reach the highest STC rating. This tiny house measures 8ft x 12ft, and utilizes our Sing Core panels to maximize the internal dimensions, utilizing thinner and stronger exterior support walls. There is plenty of space inside if you wanted to add in a single bed or additional furniture for the added option of making it into a fully livable space.
