Price is around $25,000 in most of Texas and states in between to most of Tennessee. It is for the frame, outer sheeting, windows and doors just as shown. Nothing more, nothing less but you can customize these in various sizes, colors, heights, window and door sizes, quantities, with or without insulation etc. There is also another structure shown that is 56 feet wide by 60 long with 20 foot walls on the center section so that you can have a 2nd floor added. That structure shown for example has upgraded framing, sheeting and is fully insulated for around $95,000 and is over 4500 square feet if you add a 2nd floor. Prices include delivery and installation. Completion time for the smaller structure is 1 week. The larger 2 weeks or less so in less than 2 weeks you can have this weather proof structure completed in order to store items or work inside protected from the elements while you finish off the interior. The unit shown is an 18X20X8, fully insulated with lean-to is $8725.05. Same structure but without lean-to (porch) is $7242.30. As a 2 car garage fully insulated $8524.80. Prices include delivery and installation. These are current sale prices at the rate of 10% off from one of the largest manufacturers.
