Price is around $25,000 in most of Texas and states in between to most of Tennessee. It is for the frame, outer sheeting, windows and doors just as shown. Nothing more, nothing less but you can customize these in various sizes, colors, heights, window and door sizes, quantities, with or without insulation etc. There is also another structure shown that is 56 feet wide by 60 long with 20 foot walls on the center section so that you can have a 2nd floor added. That structure shown for example has upgraded framing, sheeting and is fully insulated for around $95,000 and is over 4500 square feet if you add a 2nd floor.
