On the west coast of the US, the lowest side has 8 ft high columns, and it reaches 12 ft 3 inches on the high side. In the east coast side of the US, we use a different roof pitch of either 2:12 or 3:12 which will vary the high side up or down, which is your choice. Write or call us with any questions. This building has not been made yet, as you need to select the colors of the roof and walls. The shown photo shown is from a much narrower and shorter 2 bay carport. This listing has 5 bays and is 20 ft deep. Your building will be built in your color choice for the roof.The roofing is 26 gauge pre-painted steel PBR panels. The panels have a 45-year paint warranty called “Colorfast45”, which is the best in the industry. All colors are “Energy Star” colors.
