The building includes 2 – 9′ wide x 8′ high garage door frames with all trims, 4 – 4′ x 3′ window frames with trim, 1 – 3′ entrance door frame with trim, and a full 2nd floor. You need to purchase the doors and windows locally and we can adjust the frames as necessary. You are also able to put one garage door on each end instead of both on one end. The 2nd floor features a completely open cathedral ceiling with no columns in the way. The downstairs has one row of mezzanine support posts which we can engineer in the center or off-center. The stairway opening is engineered, but the stairs are not included. They can be placed inside or outside in the rear. Photos are of similar buildings. Your building will have your specific color specifications. The roofing is 26 gauge pre-painted galvanized steel PBR panels and 26 gauge vertical Classic Rib panels used for the walls. Both have a 45-year paint warranty called “Colorfast45”, the best in the industry. All are “Energy Star” colors. Engineered for your building codes.
