Many dealers will sell you a non certified structure regardless what you need which seems cheap but will NOT meet your local building codes and while that may work for some areas Code enforcement can and will force you to take it down and can fine you up to $1000 per day. * If you are on agriculturally zoned property or in rural areas permits may not be required. Many nice communities won’t allow the common carport. These are engineer designed and built to your local building codes for wind and snow loads. Prices vary by state.Carport companies can not install carports on driveways with a slope of more than 3 inchs from end to end. I designed this so that the ground can vary from front to back. 30X40X10 We build in most states but the prices on the photos are for the states listed here and in the title. February sale. 2nd photo is with no insulation, 3/12 roof pitch and frame outs for garage doors and walk in only in the event you prefer to get your own doors locally. Photos 4.5 and 6 are all fully insulated for those prices in the photo and show the various roof pitches available. 3/12, 4/12, and 5/12. Standard framing is 5 foot on center but trusses can be added to whatever spacing you require. These structures are fully erect and ready to keep you out of the weather in about 3 days. Interior is not finished out. This is just the shell but having the outside structure completed allows you to build the inside out at your convenience.
